Shipping Information For NZ

Shipping to non-rural addresses anywhere in New Zealand is a one off flat rate of $4.90 per order and includes Track and Trace. 

There is a $5 additional charge for rural deliveries, this is a NZ Post surcharge.  Shipping to rural addresses is $9.90

*Free shipping for orders over the value of $79 to non-rural areas, but a rural surcharge of $5.00 still applies to rural addresses.

If you live at a rural location please ensure rural shipping is selected when you place your order as otherwise your order will be delayed while we contact you to recover the additional charge required. 

After placing an order with Rebalance you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Once payment is made, and we are ready to send your order, we will send you another email containing your tracking number.

NZ deliveries can take 1- 5 business days from when the order is placed. We aim to have orders dispatched within 2  business days.

If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us first to be sure that we can make this happen. 

We send all small orders by CourierPost (NZ Post) non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when they call the driver will usually leave your parcel by your door or in your mailbox. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call and you can arrange something with them.

Larger orders will be sent using either CourierPost (NZ Post)Track and Trace service.

We use an excellent courier system, and we expect your parcel to arrive just as we sent it - in excellent condition, if it doesn't, we accept responsibility for breakages in transit provided we are notified within 5 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once it has been delivered. 

If your order has not been received after 5 business days, please let us know with an email, and include your order number and contact details. 

Almost all  packaging used to send your order can be recycled, even the courier bags, so please do your bit to help our environment by recycling these.
 
We use recycled packaging where possible including our bubble wrap, which is made from post consumer recycled plastic and is also recyclable. 

While we love beautiful packaging we firmly put the environment first and reuse our suppliers cartons to send packages where possible. 

If your item is a gift please let us know in the notes area when placing your order so we can make sure courier labels are not adhered to the product packaging.

Shipping Information For Australia and Other International Locations

Australia $20 first kilo - $7 per kg after.

South Pacific- Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu only - $35 first kilo - $11.50 per kg after.

Asia - China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam only - $35 first kilo - $15.50 per kg after.

Europe/North America - Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA only - $36 first kilo - $17.50 per kg after.

After placing an order with Rebalance you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Once payment is made, and we are ready to send your order, we will send you another email to confirm your order is being dispatched.

AUS deliveries can take 5-8 business days from when the order is placed. We aim to have orders placed from Monday to Thursday dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. 

AUS deliveries will be sent via NZPOST via International Air.  These orders are not tracked.

If you would like a tracked service this an additional charge, please let us know before placing your order.

Returns

Before returning something, contact us with an explanation of what you are returning and why. If it is a valid reason, we will gladly accept your return and a refund will be given, however your shipping costs cannot be refunded.

All returns must be made within 7 days. We also require that all items sent back to us have a track and trace number, and are well protected against damage from shipping. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back and we accept no liability for any goods lost in transit without a valid tracking number.
