Cover up kid's between 11am and 3pm when the sun is at its strongest.

Children should always wear a hat.

It is important that our children do get some sunshine each day. Vitamin D deficiency is unfortunately very common in New Zealand. Just a few minutes exposure to arms and/or legs (sunscreen free) before 10am and after 4pm is all kid's need, especially in winter.
